Aditi was born in a joint family in the beautiful city of Darjeeling located in West Bengal India. She completed her schooling at a convent school in Darjeeling. After her schooling she went on to graduate from Delhi University.
After her studies, she went into corporates. Her first job was in a Japanese firm which had opened its offices in Delhi, India.
She was busy with her corporate life until she met her husband whose name is Nitesh. Nitesh belonged typical north Indian family and was a hardcore food.
He was the one who inspired Aditi to follow her passion of cooking and participate in the Master Chef India competition. Aditi had gone through several hurdles to participate in Master Chef India and finally, she was able to get into the top 6 positions in that competition.
After participating in Master Chef India, Aditi decided that she will follow her passion and start a new business out of it and this is how BluePine Foods Pvt Ltd was founded. The reason behind her first venture BluePine Foods Pvt Ltd was to reduce the agro waste and reuse the waste into a product.
Blue Pine Foods is a frozen momo company that produces 100% natural, preservative-free handcrafted momos using traditional Himalayan ingredients and the shelf life of the momos is over 4 months.
Aditi Madan was the first contestant to pitch in the famous Shark Tank India show. She even got a massive investment of ₹75 Lacks for her venture YangKiez. Her momos were loved by every shark.
